The stolen items include nine PlayStations, two PlayStation consoles, twenty PlayStation pads, and thirty-five gaming disks, valued at a total of Sh 1,260,000, belonging to Anthony Mwendwa Kinoti.
Legal Proceedings
Lawyer Dunstan Omari, representing the victim, urged the court to mandate the removal of facial masks worn by the accused for proper identification. Additionally, he expressed his support for the prosecution’s application to oppose bail for the accused.
