Auctioneer Keneth Korir
A famous city fake Auctioneer Keneth Korir was on Friday arraigned in court to face charges related to fraud. The accused, Keneth Korir was charged before Milimani Law Court Chief Magistrate with obtaining Ksh 1.6 million after he pretended that he was in a position to effect an eviction order issued by Mavoko Law Courts.

According to the court papers, the accused person committed the offense on diverse dates between April 5, and April 13, 2023, at Nairobi County, with the intent to defraud James Njukia trading as Manyota Investment obtained Ksh 1,600,000 from the said James by falsely pretending he would effect eviction order issued by Mavoko Law Courts.

He was charged before Chief Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe where he denied the charges and was released on Ksh 300,000 cash bail.
