David Kinyua Ndegwa
Rogue City Businessman David Kinyua Ndegwa was on Friday charged in court in connection to Sh6.8 million fraud on the ground that he was in a position to help a house buyer buy a three-bedroom house.
Ndegwa was charged before Milimani Chief Magistrate Susan Shitubi where denied the charges and pleaded for a lenient bond term.
Ndegwa is accused that on the diverse dates between 31 days of October 2016 to 1 the 1st day of June 2018 at an unknown place within Nairobi County, with intent to defraud, he obtained from Richard Emoru Oboo.
He obtained Sh. 6,880,000 by falsely pretending that he was in a position to assist him buy a three-bedroomed apartment situated along Ngong Road, a fact he knew to be false…
The magistrate directed that the accused person be released on a cash bail of Sh.100,000.
